Buffalo ne'er do wells Aaron/Traci/John conjure up their third slab of evil
swinging noise. The best pugilist drum pound since Dan Peters on "Superfuzz Big
Muff", driving warped, wobbling rubber strands of geetar scratch, scrawl and
fuzz, topped off with characteristically desperate and possessed vox. Opening
gambit "Pegasus Kid" charges out the gate with manic, thunderous thwack and
thick chunks of fried monster mechanical guitar. "You Hardly Ever Crawl"
crafts BASEBALL FURIES-styled jerk stab & nag riffs upon galloping drum thud.
Distort/contort stomp rears its head on a burly take of UNWOUND's "Lucky
Acid". And into the mix chuck a nicely selected cover of THE BEGUILED's "I
Walk Alone", the voodoo molasses stellar stalk riff classic offa "Blue
Dirge". This eight track portfolio of plastic, was once again helped into
being by Odie Furie of Baseball Furies notoriety on the recording front. All
three members of this club done did at least a decade plus of blues punk
brewing, garage grit stage stomp, and mad lab scientist recording (check
obligatory tips towards at the very least, the respective BLOWTOPS/FACILITY
MEN/BEASTEATER back catalogs)...thusly, they's well versed in turning slamming
swamp punk dreams into raw ragged reality...
